A nice little dip in the estuary with Pete, Graham, Sharon, Alison and Elwyn and a few onlookers from INTRtri.

A little chilly on the extremities but only because the rest of our bodies were warm, so to remedy that a few of us dispensed with the wetsuits and had a speedo only session instead... Invigorating!

Then it was back to our house for hot chocolates and mince pies.
